Dmitry Evenko started his career at AmeriTrade Inc., where he served as an Executive Director from 1991 to 1994.
From 1994 to 1995, he was a Director at Sector Capital, an asset management firm investing in Russian public equities. In 1995, he joined United City Bank (UCB) where, as a Managing Director, he was in charge of the equity and fixed income sales and trading desk.
In 1998 the bank was acquired by Robert Fleming Securities and Dmitry Evenko was appointed President and Head of Securities Business for the newly created group, managing Fleming UCB's entire brokerage business in Russia.
In 1999, he founded Spectrum Investment Holdings Ltd. (later to become Spectrum Partners Group)
In 2002, Spectrum Partners entered into a joint venture with the Marcuard Group, a Swiss wealth management company, to create Marcuard Spectrum, an asset management company investing in Russia and the CIS with Mr. Evenko as CEO. As a result of a management buyout in 2005-2006, Spectrum Partners acquired controlling stake in Marcuard Spectrum.

Since 2009, Mr. Evenko has been the Senior Partner at Spectrum Partners Group

Dmitry has graduated with honors from Lomonosov Moscow State University and Institute of Europe.

Michael Kart began his professional career with Europa Capital Management, a leading Eastern European private equity firm, where he was active in a number of privatization projects.

In early 2000, he co-founded Eurotelligence, a research company offering customized research tools and solutions for the consulting and finance industries.

In 2002, Michael left Eurotelligence to join Marcuard (Eastern), the Russian investment management arm of Marcuard Group. As a director, he oversaw the firm's investment activities.

In 2003, Michael became a Director of Marcuard Spectrum and in 2005 was promoted to the position of Managing Partner.

Since 2009, he has been Managing Partner at Spectrum Partners Group

Michael has a Master's degree in finance from the University of St.Gallen, Switzerland.

Andrey Lifshits is a Partner at Spectrum Partners Group, joining the firm in 2011. He began his career in 2002 at Gazprombank where he was in charge of bond trading. In 2004, he left Gazprombank to join Bank Trust as head of the fixed income desk. From 2007 to 2008, he was head of the fixed income sales and trading desk at Gazprombank, and from 2008 to 2011 was head of the fixed income desk at Uralsib Asset Management, where he was responsible for a portfolio of US$ 1.5 billion

In 2011, prior to joining Spectrum Partners Group, Andrey Lifshits was in charge of portfolio management and strategy in Troika Dialog Private Bank. Andrey is a graduate of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, Faculty of Problems of Physics and Power.

Maxim Kuzin is a Partner at Spectrum Partners Group with 15 years of experience in emerging markets. He started his career in 1995 as a researcher on advanced stochastic models of derivatives pricing at the Centre of Statistical Research in Moscow. From 1996, he worked for Inkom Capital in Moscow as a portfolio manager. In 1999, he joined Finam Investment Company in Moscow, first as head of global operations then as chief executive officer. As Finam's CEO, he was in charge of developing the group's global business activities (investment and private banking, financial consulting, collective investment schemes) and drove expansion into CIS countries. From 2005 to 2011, he was a partner at MARS Capital Group, and in 2011 joined Spectrum Partners Group.

Maxim holds a Master's Degree in applied mathematics with honors from the Lomonosov Moscow State University and a Certificate in Business Management from the State University Higher School of Economics in Moscow.
