Spectrum Group Limited has completed the buy out

"We are pleased with the results of our two year cooperation with MCP"

Moscow, 27. June 2011 Spectrum Group Limited has completed the buy out of Marshall Capital Partners Limited ("MCP") which held shares in Spectrum Partners Limited, the investment management company to two Bermuda domiciled funds covering the Russian CIS markets. Dmitry Evenko, Chairman of Spectrum Group Limited says "We are pleased with the results of our two year cooperation with MCP. MCP have supported our company during the turbulent post 2008 crisis years through their investment, infrastructure and human resource support. I know that MCP are also happy with their investment in Spectrum Group Limited which has generated solid profits over this period" Once the restructuring is complete Spectrum Group Limited will own 100% of Spectrum Partners Limited (Bermuda) and 75% of Spectrum Partners Limited (Guernsey), which will be created in cooperation with Merchant Capital (UK) Limited, and Marcuard Heritage Limited (Switzerland) to manage a new UCIT III fund, Russian Phoenix UCITS Fund, aimed at Russia and the CIS markets which will be domiciled in Ireland.
